Meet the Team

Here at Allied Support Coordination, we only employ experienced Support Coordinators who will assist you to make the most of your NDIS Plan.

Janine Edwards

  • I have worked in the Community and Disability sector since 1981, which was the year of ‘People with Disabilities’.  I have worked in many roles, including direct care support, day services, residential care, and case management.  I have experience writing NDIS Plans, and also providing Support Coordination.  I have also managed teams and been responsible for the oversight of quality and practice of service delivery for several large organisations. 


  • I am very passionate about my career, and have decided to start my own Support Coordination business with Anthea.  Providing quality service is what drives us, and this sometimes gets lost in larger organisations.  Our aim with Allied Support Coordination is to only grow to a size where quality can be maintained. 


  • My life outside work is fairly simple.  I live in a semi-rural location and enjoy the nature that surrounds me.  I love caring for my animals, and enjoy sharing our block with the wildlife that live there. 

Anthea Buckley

  • I have worked in the disability sector since 2012, after transitioning from the aged care sector. I have been working as a Support Coordinator since the NDIS rollout in the Bayside/Mornington Peninsula area in April 2019.   Prior to Support Coordination, I worked with several disability organisations in the management and delivery of block funded respite, recreational and school holiday programs, the establishment of client focused and designed social groups and foster care Case Management. 


  • My career and experience have allowed me to hear and learn firsthand what is valuable, and how best to support those we work with.  The opportunities for choice that NDIS has provided is a significant improvement on previous models.  However, the complex nature of funding and service delivery have highlighted that while people living with a disability are now able to structure their supports to meet their needs, the environment is ever changing and at times, difficult to navigate. The ability to assist NDIS participants in maximizing their plans and funding is what excites me, and I look forward to working with our customers on their journey. 


  • Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and getting away camping when the weather permits. 

Kerryn Condon

  • With 30 years of experience in the aged and disability sectors, I have had the privilege of working in a variety of roles that have allowed me to support individuals to lead fulfilling lives. I began my career after completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Intellectual Disability Studies, and my journey in this field started in community residential units with the Department of Human Services (DHS). Over the years, I have gained diverse experience, holding roles as a house supervisor, team manager and assessment officer. In addition to my work in the disability sector, I have also been involved in the aged care and community palliative care sectors and have furthered my studies to include a Specialist Certificate in Palliative Care and Certificate in Non-Emergency Health Care.


  • I am deeply committed to helping others be the best they can be and assisting them in reaching their personal goals. I take great pride in walking alongside people to build their capacity and enhance their quality of life, ensuring they feel supported and empowered every step of the way.


  • Outside of my professional life, I enjoy staying active by walking, reading, and spending quality time with my family and friends. I have a passion for travel and love hearing about others’ travel experiences, always looking forward to the next adventure.
