• Our Support Coordinators have many years working in the disability field, with some careers spanning 40 plus years 

• We have backgrounds in building NDIS Plans, and understand the NDIS system. 

• Our managers have backgrounds in training Support coordinators

• Experience in supporting people who maybe being discharged from a hospital setting

• Experience in supporting younger people residing in aged care settings to move into their own place in the community 

• Experience in supporting people to find and develop a range of accommodation options, this includes Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA), and Supported Independent  Living Options (SIL)  

• Experience supporting those involved in the Justice System

• Experience assisting those with a broad range of disabilities

• Experience in supporting people who are experiencing complexity in their lives  

We are independent - 

• We are totally independent and do not have affiliations with other services.  You are always in control of choosing the services and supports you want and that meet your needs 

We specialise -  

• We are a NDIS registered provider of Support Coordination and Specialist Support Coordination.  We do not provide any other service type.  

We actively engage with you -  

• You determine the frequency of contact but we will regularly contact you even when things are going well, just to make sure there’s nothing we have missed, or you need. 

We want you to make sure we are the right fit for you -  

• If we are not the right fit for you, we can seek an alternative Support Coordinator from Allied or we can assist you to find a new provider. Remember you are in control
